At Sinethemba Swartland, hope is more than a name—it is the promise we make to the vulnerable members of our community every day. For more than 21 years, we have been serving the people of the Swartland region through programs that promote holistic wellness, dignity, inclusion, and sustainable community development.
From supporting adults living with disabilities to caring for vulnerable families, improving food security, assisting the elderly, and helping victims of gender-based violence, our mission is to create opportunities for every person to live with dignity and purpose.
Why We Need Your Help
The demand for our services continues to grow.
Our Happy Hearts Programme currently serves adults living with disabilities throughout the Swartland region. While government funding supports only a small portion of our members, we have grown to support 179 individuals, with a further 219 people waiting for assistance.
Your donation helps us provide:
- Nutritious meals for vulnerable adults with disabilities
- Adult diapers and essential care items
- Safe and reliable transport to and from our programmes
- Home visits for bedbound members
- Skills development and educational opportunities
- Health and wellness support
